What do you mean by preserved?
Preserved flowers have been farm grown, then scientifically suspended at their peak of freshness through a scientific process of slowly drying the heads of the flowers with cosmetic grade glycerine & food grade colorants. (See diagram here -link)
How long do they last?
Our flowers have been preserved in a lab with glycerin and color enhancement to last five to seven years in proper conditions.
Do they need to be kept in water?
No, water is not required! In fact, humid wet conditions can adversely affect preserved flowers.
Are preserved flowers economical despite cost?
Yes. Although your initial purchase is always greater in price, the need for weekly replacement is eliminated. Preserved flowers will last 500 times longer!
Do I reduce waste by investing in preserved products?
Yes of course! You reduce waste from Air-dried flower products as well. Any flower that needs not be discarded into the trash in 3 to 5 days consciously reduces waste.
